When are my pictures going to be posted?

We are just as excited as you are to see your pictures so we aim to post them no later than 2-3 days after the event.

Is there an attendant with the photo booth for the entire time?

Yes, we make sure our attendants are professional, social, and help bring extra life to the party.

What areas do you service?

Bigfoot captures memories in the Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego & Miami area.

How long does it take to set up the photo booth?

We will arrive 1 hour early to make sure everything is ready to go in time.

Do you need a deposit to reserve the photo booth?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to reserve a booth for your date. The remaining balance is due the week of the event.

What size are your prints?

We have both the 2x6 photo strips and the 4x6 postcard prints. There are over 20 different options to pick from.

Do you charge a travel fee?

There are no travel fees within 10 miles of our showrooms. Outside of that we charge $0.25/mi to and from the event that goes directly to our attendant.

Do I get to keep the images from the photo booth after the event?

Yes, we upload all images online and provide you with a link so you can share with all your co-workers, friends, family and loved ones.

​​How much space do you need?

We will need a minimum space of 8'x8’x8’ for our photo booth, backdrop and prop table. We can fit in smaller spaces if necessary but please ask us first!

​Can I choose what the message says on the bottom of the prints?

Our popular packages come with a custom template design. That means our in-house design team will work on your template until you are 100% satisfied.

Are your photo booths enclosed or open-air?

All of our booths are open air meaning we can fit up to 20+ people. Enough for your whole family to get in.

What if someone takes an inappropriate picture?

If there is a photo you would like taken down, contact us and we will do so.

Do I get to keep the images from the photo booth after the event?

​Is there a limit to how many photos can be taken at an event? UNLIMITED SESSIONS! Unlike other photo booth companies that charge for extra prints, we provide that complimentary. We know how hard it is to get a picture you like so our attendants make sure you get that perfect shot.
